Q: When will I receive my Dinner tickets?
A: If you purchased a ticket/table the tickets will NOT be sent via mail. The tickets will be available at "Will Call" on the day of the event. Please bring an ID with you.
Q: Do I have to pay to get into the Arena Show?
A: Yes. Starting in 2013 the Arena Show has a separate entrance fee (those with dinner tickets entry is included.) The Silent Auction area is free and open to the public.
Q: Is parking free?
A: Yes. Parking attendants will be on site to guide you where to park.
Q: What is the dress code for the Western Dinner Party and Concert?
A: We like to consider the attire to be “western wear,” but generally casual overall (i.e. jeans and Polos).
Q: How do I get my tickets?
A: Tickets will be left at our Will Call table at the event, the day of the show.
Q: Is William Shatner available for pictures and autographs?
A: A photo opportunity and signed item are available for purchasers of the VIP experience only.
